Our activity and initiatives play a role in improving the lives of our employees, our customers, our suppliers and even some of the less fortunate areas of the world. We’re also always taking steps to help protect the environment by offering more and more sustainable and green products. For example, our Great for the Planet, Great for the People labels help our customers choose more sustainable and ethical products.
To help protect against ethical breaches, Lyreco created the Raise Your Concern tool. A place where anyone – internal or external – can ask questions, seek advice and share concerns.

Ethics and Compliance Governance
To ensure consistency and efficiency in ethical and compliance matters, Lyreco created its Group Ethics and Compliance Committee. This includes the nomination of a Group Compliance officer and dedicated Ethics Referents in all Lyreco subsidiaries.
Ethics and integrity
Our Code of Ethics reflects our long-term commitment to integrity. It relies on four guiding principles: our people, our business integrity, our products/assets and our societal engagement. Adhering to our Code helps to guarantee the trust of our customers, employees and partners alike.
Beyond compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we put business integrity at the heart of the principles we share with our business partners and employees. We have zero-tolerance of any form of corruption, fraud, conflict of interest or influence peddling.
Our employees reflect our ethical policy: their relationships with our stakeholders are strictly regulated to ensure we build only honest relationships based on mutual respect and fair play.
Suppliers Code Of Ethics
Our Suppliers Code of Ethics details the requirements to which our suppliers must comply when working with us.
We expect our suppliers to:
- Respect the same ethical requirements and conduct their activities in accordance with this Suppliers Code of Ethics
- Implement the policies and procedures necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure that these commitments are followed up with all their partners.
